windows xp sp3 - Framework installation got frozen -


i wanted install sp1 of microsoft framework 3.0 , @ 100% stucked. decided let go while. however, didnt help. info icon written: downloading ended. may disconnect internet.

then hopeless clicked on - cancel - see (storno) , nothing till now. dont want close manually, want find easy solution.

python - Django-cities exits with "killed" -
