USB port to detect "close" or "open" switch -


i need make program play sound press push button switch. idea use usb port, , if short 2 wires (like example data+ , data-), program play sound repeatedly while 2 wires shorted. idea possible , simple do? can please me using vb? lot help.

no, not practical. usb ports not have feature far know. there plenty of small, cheap usb microcontroller boards task though.

for example, a-star 32u4 micro, program using arduino ide, , make send message on virtual com port (which accessed serial object) when button pressed , message when released. in visual basc, use serialport class connect a-star's com port , listen message.

python - Django-cities exits with "killed" -
