playframework 2.0 - Cloudbees: Does Play server services hibernate when there is not request for long time? -

this problem may not unusual didn't find solution it. so, posting anyway. , new cloud , web development, question may seem, lack fundamental knowledge.

i have open new app play framework in cloudbees , aliased custom domain. else excellent. but, when not sending request long time, , when sending request, not request takes long time, if refresh page message "activating" shows , if hit refresh, desired page.

first page thats showing

and after hit refresh after sometime, desired page. after hit refresh desired page

p.s. template cloudbees provide default, haven't edited anything. , subscribed free plan. details here.

from cloudbees faq (why applications in sleep/hibernation model?)

"free applications running on platform hibernated periodically resources can used other applications (the timeout 2 hours). applications in hibernate mode automatically activate when next request application detected. paid applications not hibernate default. applications have not been updated in time (over 6 months) may temporarily stopped (you can reactivate them)."
