winapi - How to switch on 3G modem local area connection from c++ application? -


basically c++builder application uses wired net connection. backup channel have 3g modem inserted in desktop port , local area connection created it. set whether connection run automatically or manually.

i'm looking possibility control connection c++ application. preferably on lan connection level (disable\enable). or maybe on switching connection on\off (but i'm afraid specific each modem model.)

windows xp installed on desktop.
