how can make sure participants taking survey designed me not allowed take survey more once on amazon mechanical turk?

if create hit, given worker can take hit once. if have, e.g., multiple hits same study (either different conditions launch simultaneously or multiple hits post on time), workers have access each version. of course, might have multiple accounts or (but rare , against terms of use). so, long have 1 hit (with many assignments need - 1 assignment being 1 worker), fine.
