xcode - Test target encountered an error (iOS Simulator failed to install the application.) -


i'm using xcode continuous integration , these 2 errors when running tests. doesn't install on simulators when have actual devices connected, installs on physical devices. i've tried resetting simulators , still doesn't work.

any suggestions?
