Appium How To Handle Native Dialog Boxes While Automating Browser -

i automating dropbox app on mobile chrome browser.there actions upload , download opens native dialog boxes.i not able automate these native dialog boxes.

have tried:

    driver.switchto().alert().accept(); 

or

    driver.switchto().alert().dismiss();
