this error happens python packages not tornado. seems have pip install or python setup tools. i'm using pycharm 3.4 on windows. have idea how deal this?

go file->settings->http proxy

• have "manual proxy configuration" , http checked.
• set "host name:" name of proxy (ex: might name of proxy browser settings.)
• set "port number:" (ex: 8080)
